I have exactly the same IDENTICAL problem with Starplus STS with in-skin vm system and setting the hunt group to "All Ring" does not resolve it either! It does have Overflow option which does nother (no response when you hit the keys) my software version is 20050 and prompt version is 10000? Anyone?

Light -
I found out that there is a bug in the sts software. The software that has the bug I believe is V1.01 PO2. I do have this working in other locations with different software.
