I do the Infinite and other dealers in the area do Triad. On the last few price lists from Vodavi I see a lot of Triad being discontinued. Triad is sold through distribution and Infinite is direct. Anybody know what's in Triad's future? Does this mean the Triad dealers will end up with Infinite also?

Last spring, Vodavi combined it's infinite and Triad product families into one single product line, simply called Vodavi. This means only one series of phones, cards, etc. The products themselves have not changed. Dealers must still use their original supply channels, that is, infinite dealers still purchase direct from Vodavi and Triad dealers buy from supply houses. Nothing has been discontinued to speak of, it's just a name change and adjustment.
