Friday after replacing the KSU. I had called XO (Allegiance) and asked my contact there to monitor what is going into the Adtran DSX port, and then called Dave G. at Vodavi, we had a nice conversation about DTRU's and the PLLU board put in the cabinet when a T-1 board is installed. I got a call from my guy at XO (Allegiance) who said he is still seeing many errors coming out of the PBX (more specifically into the DSX port on the Adtran). I did not get a call/email from the customer today reporting problems but that doesn't mean anything.
More as soon as I hear something...

Replacement is GOOD. Got an email from the customer today that they have not had any problems dialing out since I replaced the KSU. That's good. Bad news is that I replaced it with my TEST KSU running 1.03 software and now I am back to scratch...I guess a w/e is in order 'cause the customer is up and running and everything is all set now.
