Newbie Question: I am attempting to program an Infinite DVX from a key station and I get to the point where I should enter a range of stations to be programmed ("100150" for stations 100 through 150) or enter just one station to be programmed ("314314" for station 314). When I enter one station (like "314314") I get a busy signal indicating I have made an input error. I sure am tired of hearing that busy signal so any help you can offer is greatly appreciated!

Are you using flash 50 or 51?
If you are using flash 50, then you enter the extension number twice;
If you are using flash 51, then you enter the extension only once.
Flash 51 only applies to systems with newer software.

I have an August 1999 manual that makes no mention of Flash 51. But I must have the newer software version because Flash 51 allowed me to input the station only once and it then took the programming change. Thanks so much for your help.

Glad to help. For your reference, just dial 605 on the attendant's phone to receive the current software level. You will need this if you will be doing programming to determine what you actually can and cannot do.
It sounds to me like your software is a pretty recent revision, which is a good thing.
