Went to a new customer today (system was installed by another vendor). There is a Caller ID box attached to one of the RS232 ports on the main cabinet, the other port is empty. So I can't hook the laptop up to the caller ID port until I disable Caller ID, right?
Here lies the problem. Noone knows what the password is. I tried the default password to enter programming at all the phones. All I get is a busy tone. I don't know if the password has been switched, or there are no stations with admin access enabled.
Am I forced to initialize the switch and reprogram? Or can you guys come up with some super secret way to gain access either by PC or by phone?

You've got mail. I'll see if I can think of anything else to help.
