I have a phone that when you tranfer to you pick up and you can hear the person on the other end but they can't hear you. Changed out phone but didn't fix problem. Please help!

Yes changed it out and it didn't help. When you put it on hold and don't tranfer line one and pick up it works fine.

This is just on one phone? Have you tried rebooting the KSU?

Have you tried swapping phones around? If you do, and the trouble follows the phone, the phone might have an intermittent talk-path issue and be in need of repair.
First thing is to check the handset/handset cord and remove any cord-detanglers you have installed. The vast, vast, vast majority of talk path issues are caused by handsets, cords, and cord detanglers.

Rebooted didn't do anything to help phone pick-up line one Anything else that would help let me know thanks. :confused:
