I am in the process of changing some of the features on a DVX+III (Infinite 8000 series). Changing the features isn't that bad using a 24 button phone, but I can't see what the programming is currently without going through pages and pages of settings. I have the winDBA for the STS, but will it work on an Infinite also? WinDBA would save me alot of time on this job. On another note, I also have a 203-04 analog Talk Path door stop that needs software for it's hard drive. Replaced the drive not thinking about Vodavi's software being present. The old drive was junk, it had been through too many power failures and it broke inside (it rattles). Thanks

The STS winDBA will not work with the DVX+.
If you're a dealer, you can get the Talk-Path software from Vodavi's web site. Otherwise, you'll need to go through a dealer. They also sell the HD with the software already on it.
Good luck and welcome to the board!

Thank you. I kind of figured that there would be different versions of winDBA because of the diffrences in firmware between the STS and Infinite.
I'm not a dealer, and only have access to the Starplus section of the Vodavi site. I've tried to order a hard drive for the analog Talk Path (203-04), but the local dealer sent me one for a digital Talk Path. I'm stuck with it, they have a no return policy. I asked them about winDBA for the Infinite, but they told me they can't sell it to me (because I'm not an Infinite dealer). Oh, well.
Thanks again. I'm going to try a dealer that is not in NY State. I may have better luck.
