If you have hit the MOH port with an excessive amount of audio, that circuit will probably shut down.
I would try resetting the KSU, but first turn the
gain down from your music source,as well as the pot for the MOH.
Bring each up so you don't overdrive the input of the
MOH.

Thank you all for you support and suggestions. Before attmpting anything major I decided to unplug all of the phones in the office. I then plugged them all back in and it worked. I now have MOH.
