Hey all, I got the MoH problem fixed, had a young Telesys gentleman out (thanks old H2OSkier) who programmed the phones and hooked up USB MoH system, and he was very knowledgeable - Now, he programmed and we re-recorded several VM and AutoA prompts, and it was doing well for a couple of days, when all of a sudden the main AA prompt goes back to my old business auto attendant prompt? I have got to get this off here and fast.

I have attempted to go in and re-program the prompts through the Administrator access; gone to change system prompts, re-recorded the prompt for station 100 (and 101), but when new call is made to the office, my old prompt still shows up - so I tried to bring up stations 440, and 450, and stations 150 and 120, as these are stations which come up as being "called" when entering into voicemail from the various phone sets or are mentioned in the manuals as default station ID's, but the system indicates when I try to access the prompts on any of those four stations that the prompt ID's "could not be found in data files". I literally cannot locate where the prompt is recorded that the system keeps defaulting to...Does anyone have any ideas?

It sounds like you need to record the MENU 100 not mailbox 100.

The VM requires a Software to access and program it. Per our technician who was out their the voice lines were set to run Menu 100 only. So with that being said. Log into your mailbox as normal. Dial option 7 for administrator options and enter the administrator password. Then dial option 1 for system greetings and dial 100# for Menu greeting 100 review the greeting to verify if it is the correct greeting.

Fantastic! Now why wasn't that spelled out anywhere in the literature? The whole "ease of use" line that was used when selling us this system was just not entirely true.

What is the default menu answering address, what was the default message that was deleted to secure position 100? What is the default menu prompt for night ring (which has never worked correctly I will add)?

The ease of use line is true. You seem to be having a problem between mailbox greetings & AA greetings. Menus 100 thru 110 are the same from the factory. These are the day greetings. Menus from 120 thru 129 are the nite greetings. I use hunt group 450 for AA & co preset forward. I also use KSU clock control to play different greetings if day/nite mode is used from the attendant phone. Don't let this thing whip you, trust me, in my opinion it is one of the best out there. Simple programming makes all the difference.
