Grasping for straws troubleshooting a problem, but seem to have lost version 2.22 for an MPBe. I have just about everything else. Does anyone have it by chance. It seems to be off the FTP site, 2.23 is there, but I think this issue is from 2.22 to 2.23. It worked on 2.22 for sure, but 3.0 was no good so stepping back now. Problem: On station fwd all calls, if the station that is to receive the forwarded call is busy (Internal and/or external)the calling party (internal) receives a busy signal. Before, the person that was off-hook would receive a muted ring. Phones have 2 Loop and 2 Intercom buttons and external calls follow the forward rule just internal is the problem. This is the only site that would matter for this feature and just trying to give it back to them.

I would be hesitant to install any version less than 2.23 but I think your issue would be addressed adequately by giving the user an intercom button. Then you can internally call the busy station and make it ring.

"Phones have 2 Loop and 2 intercom buttons."
Tech support was saying it is a corrupted database but after telling them it does it with default database, we have now moved on to "it is a bad card". Still working on it.

How are the calls transferred? By Auto Attendant or manually or both?

If station A is all forward to station B, any internal call to station A made from the inside receives a busy signal if station B is off-hook. All stations have 2 Loop and 2 intercom buttons. Any transferred call (External) follows rules.
In addition, Ring All hunt groups do not work either so I think it is a software or compatibility issue (although can not find anything in tech docs). Will try 2.22 as a last resort (last working version on system) and if that still has the problem will try a different card.

This is not a card problem. It is a database problem. I had a similiar problem with a phone off net forwarded. An internal call would get a busy tone when calling the forwarded station. I flexed the port and then moved it back.

I guess I failed to mention, but his happens on a clean (defaulted) database. I give two extensions 2 intercom buttons, set call forward rule. When I call station A when station B is on a call, receive busy signal.
Regardless, I will try the flex thing when I am back on site later this week.
