I upgraded my laptop to XP Prof SP3 and cannot install the Admin program for Dispatch voicemail. When I run the setup.exe, I click on 'Install now' link and nothing happens. Then, later when I try to shutdown windows, it hangs and then get an error window something about a 16-bit application problem...

I have Admin Ver 3.20 running on a couple of XP machines with no problems. My desktop is XP Pro Ver 5.1 SP3. Perhaps you have a bad load?

Have you tried compatibility mode?
I have also experienced "dead" installers when a pre-requisite isn't installed but the installer does not have the knowledge to say the pre-req isn't there.

I got it to install. Instead of clicking on the 'autorun' icon as I've done in the past, I opened the 'Disk1' folder and ran setup.exe from there.
