The outside tech support person we had for our phone system passed away several years ago and we've been limping along in the meantime without needing to change much of anything. Currently, incoming calls ring on two stations in the office and I'd like to add a third. I have the attendent station's manual but can't find how to do this in there. Can you tell me where to look for instructions on how to do this?

This isn't in the user's guide; it is technician-level programming. In order to be able to help you, we'll need to know which specific Vodavi phone system you have, since there are many different models, just like cars. Once we have this information, we can be better informed to assist if possible.

looks like model 3500-00. unfortunately, I don't have the manual for this one, I bought it used.

The quickest solution is to create a call coverage key for station 100 on the phone you want to ring. Instructions are in any station user guide.
