Have 2 Xts's networked via IP. Site A can call site B and site B sees the internal name and station number. If you call from site B to site A, all site A sees is line ringing. I checked the programming in both systems, made sure that check status is enabled (I think thats the feature). Any other ideas. Thanks.

Check status is not the correct feature. You do not want this enabled on either system. The correct feature is Name/User Message flash 16, table number, button 6 enabled. However this feature will only work if a NET CODE purchased from Vertical is installed on both systems.

Derrick, you hit the nail on the head. One of the sites had the cabinet replaced and there was no network code entered. Thanks for the help.
