Is it possible to have a menu option to call a users cell phone if they don't pick up or after hours or is the only way to do this, manually setting up forwarding to a speed bin?

Set it so that the menu option calls an extension that is set to forward to a cell phone.

Sorry, it's a star plus dispatch for the voicemail. Not sure about the phone system. They all just say Vodavi Triad on them. TR9015-71 on the bottom of them.

You set the menu option with Dispatch admin software. The rest is done at the phone itself. Create the speed dial number, than forward the phone off net. This doesn't work for a mailbox, only as a menu option.
