Thanks.

I do have a full duplex digital phone with speaker . The infinite 24 button executive key telephone, part number IN9015-71.

That is what we used for all the workstation. Is that what you were referring to?

Option 2: I did some researching and this is the unit that I should get?

https://www.amazon.com/Konexx-10910-Konference/dp/B00008KJ3M

which connect to the headset of the infinite phone and then to the analog conference phone.

So I'm assuming it basically extend the headset of the infinite to the conferencing unit so that it can output the voice to the Conference phone speaker.

Thank you again for your help.

I have never used one of those units...but it looks like it just might work.

The 9015-71 is a two way speakerphone but it is not full duplex like a Polycom conf phone.

What about using a 3017-71 phone? They are full-duplex.

i see the 3017-17 phone, would the full duplex make conference call that much better than the 9015-71?

does the 3017-17 have external speakers or more speaker?

I'm debating on the two option. Thanks for your both recommendation.

No, it looks exactly like the 3015-71 model. It is supposed to be better quality than the 9015, but I have never actually used one.

I have used the 3017 more than a couple of times. It is full duplex but in a larger conference room application, volume was always a complaint, these phones are now where near as loud as a Polycom. Hard to get a customer to swallow the cost of a SLIB card to add a conference room phone but you never know.
