We have a Starplus STS system and the at the attendant station when we lift the handset it automatically connects to another extension in the building (always the same one). We've unplugged them both to try to "reset" them, but it doesn't seem to clear the issue. Do you know how to clear this issue?

Groff: To disable Off-Hook preference, Dial 691 on the dial pad and then dial 00.
