Please complete your profile. I would have suggested poking around Bogens website for information, but the Multicom 2000 is a authorized dealer-only product.

I wish you the best of luck, I worked for a sound company in NJ and we took over support of one of those installations. It's been a few years but I remember the Multicomm being married to a Comdial switch. Is that what you're dealing with? If it is one big problem is boot up sequence. If the phone switch didn't lose power but the Multicomm did, you would administrative control of the Multicomm. If you're still having problems, I can contact some of my old buds to try and get more info.
No matter how cynical I am, I just can't seem to keep up!

The admin phone needs to be connected to the first port on the relay card which is by default programmed for level 9 access. Once you can access programming, you can set other ports to level 9 if more admin phones are required.
The level setting determines what administartive features are enabled for a specific station port.

Hello Jamie Welcome to Tech Talk For a better response you should start a new thread with your questions. Please click on the at the top of page and start a new thread. Also try to give as much info on the equipment and problem you are having. If things don't work as normal try rebooting the system.

That phone also needs power usually a little brick transformer see if you can find it. Usually right by the phone or plugged in in the back of the cabinet connected to the station cable.
