Anyone know how to change the 2 hour timeout on the VSX 7000? The only timer I could find that was close had 480 minutes programmed in. that's 8 hours. Everytime we have a Video Conference call, it times out after 2 hours.

Try the following:
Go to System > Admin Settings > General Settings > System Settings. Click "Maximum Time In Call" to enter the maximum number of minutes allowed for call length.

If by chance you don't have the VSX-7000 Administrators Guide, just click here , and scroll down until you see the link to download the pdf version.

heheh, turns out it WAS our firewall, after debating with our "firewall programmer" for months. Finally got it fixed.
