Our phone technician just came in and set up voice mail on our system without telling anyone. I noticed my phone flashing red and announcing "2 new msgs". My phone is the master phone. How do I turn off voice mail? I don't want it right now as it's more of a nuisance to manage. I followed the ambiguous guide he left, thinking it would shut off voicemail, but now I have an error message when I try to access vm. It still says 2 new msgs. I hit Feature,Redial,VM button,1,103 (line I thought was redirecting it to) and then Feature. Guess I screwed it up!

You'll have to get the tech to deactivate the system or get the user guide info to retrieve your messages. <font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Originally posted by bettencourts:
