Hello all,
I just got approached to find out if caller id is available on Electra pro 1. Couldn't get hold of anyone before weekend to find out..need to know now! Couldn't find any mention of caller id in installation or feature manual so therefore think it's not available...although a website claims it is. If so is it in the firmware or do I need a card..or a software upgrade..? I'm using the ETW phones..low level software.

i'm like you.i searched all of my manuals and didn't see anything about callerid.
i'm pretty sure it doesn't support it
