Choice one came in and removed 2 of 4 phone phone lines now when my employees answer line 1 and line 2 rings they answer line two but the end user can not here my employee. if some one is on line 2 and line 1 rings as soon as they answer line1 then line two hangs up please help

Time to call choice one. Seems they screwed something up. It is Not a programming issue . It will turn out to be a line issue.
