I'm new to this phone. It is a NEC i-series. When I push the buttons it makes a loud "beep" sound with each button I push. How can I make it go away?

The beeps are called side tones and are an inherit problem with NEC. in short this is something you may have to get your vendor to look into.

He is confused with the DS series. Try Call1 824.
