I've just installed this system for a small office (6 ext, 10 DDI's) and it works fine. We divert one number permanently to another office currently by using call forward immediate at an unused extension. Is there a way of doing this without occupying an extension? Have tried 24-07 which only works for ICM calls to an extension. Any help greatfully accepted.
