Have you tried forwarding your phone to another extension in your office to see if the CFA command is default? Do you know if trunk to trunk (off-premise) transferring is allowed on the switch, have other people been able to forward to a cell phone?
to set up dnd: feature, 60, feature; to get CFA: feature, 60, phone-number, feature.
Have you tried vm notification to your cell phone, that way if it is important you can call back, if it isnt it can wait till you are back in the office.
