I'm just starting to work with an old Elite 48 at the office and I need to know how to get into programming mode. I'll be very thankful if someone can e-mail me a document or file with the info.

what are you needing to do?
getting into programming will only get you into programming. programming these things are not very user friendly nor self explanatory.

I need to change MOH option to external, Add new and reasign some extensions, etc. I've got experience in this area. I've worked with other systems like the NBX, Panasonic, Cisco Voip etc.
The problem is that I just inherited this Electra Lite 48 from a bussiness merger and nobody knows much about it.

then mb 1-8-31 and change to external, adding new extensions, are u just adding phones or adding cards as well.

We just added a new 8 port card. I was able to get into prog.mode but I have no prog template for the keys. Any recomendations to where I can get a programming template. I'm using a DTU 8D2.

these are assuming that you added an esi card (digital station) and not a coi card (trunk)
1>program 7-1 to assign the new card
2>program 4-10 to assign ext numbers to the new ports
3>program 4-18 to assign names to the new ports
that should get you going.
NOTE! there is NO template for programming (IE nortel) or web interface. there is a pc based piece of software BUT it REQUIRES a piece of hardware (a mifm card) to be installed before the software will work.

what software version are u running. to see this go to an idle phone and press feature 3. the version will come up in the display
