Back to the forums after a long absence. Like I need to tell anyone here, but the economy has been brutal to us here. Our company of 17 years closed in Feb, and a few of us got hired by a computer vendor a few miles over. Who do I talk to about getting my installer status renewed?
I have a customer that no longer has support for their Norstar Modular ICS. We are looking at picking up the support on it, I'm hoping to find someone that we can hire for over the phone tech support. Since its only the 1 client and we dont anticipate this growing, our needs should be pretty minimal.
