Anyone know if programming passwords can be changed for the Elite, and IPK2?

I see where the IPK2 can be changed, and the Elite from the SAT, but what about the Elite series from the phone side?

yes you can change the sat password via a phone on the elite series. but you cannot change the default programming password at all.
