Hello,
Sorry if this has been asked before i am new to your forum and didn't read through all 32+ pages. My question is how can i enable a call time counter? I know how to get into the aspire console just not where to go one i am in there.

Also does any one have experience dealing with the pc attendant software? We are having a problem with the lights on the screen not accurately depicting what the status of the phone is. Our dumps have been forwarded to red phoenix? The designer of the software by nec but i was wondering if anyone may know of a solution.

Look in COS for these options. Incomming calls, it will be right where you allow Caller ID displayed, second call..etc.

I have no idea on the software, I would call NEC and get them involved.

Thank you for the info. You don't know exactly where on the phone to enable the counter do you?

The call duration timer is set in COS supplementary settings 20-13-36

Ok i have it enabled on the ksu. Where do i go to activate it on the individual phone? Sorry for my ignorance but i am a computer tech turned telcom guy
