No, One RCA jack in, BUT you can use CO ports.
Use, CO External Source Selection and CO Hold Memory Selection from the Programming Manual.

So you can have upto 32 MOH sources for 32 COs....

You also need to provide talk battery on those CO ports. We use the Valcom-9914-A.
