Tip&Ring Doesn't the "Blind Transfer" feature apply in this case?

If I remember right, on the 2400 Blind transfer only applies to incoming calls.

I checked answer supervision, and timer, it didn't make a difference, as soon as you finish dialing the second call it goes fast busy with RST in the display which appears to me it's restricted some how, all Int. calls go out the same as all LD calls, same route, you can make Int. and LD calls, no problem, it's when you dial a LD or int. call then press trans + 9 and any number local LD or Int. it goes fast busy with RST in the display, you can dial an extension number and press conf. and it works, If you dial a local call or area code local call first you can trans and dial a LD or Int. then conf. and it works too, now thats going from one route to another, LD to LD is going to the same route, maybe that has something to do with it? but I do have tandum trunking same route and route to route, with no restrictions. As far as I know the LEC has done nothing to the T1's or trunks, There are new people from the Corp. office positioned there now and they want to make LD to LD or LD to Int or Int. to Int. or Int. to LD conference calls, I don't think anyone has ever tried it before now, but it doesn't work, I've checked and I havn't found any restrictions yet, they have a call accounting system and let everyone make LD and Int. calls and bill accordingly, so there hasn't been restrictions for calling LD or Int. calls, I'm baffeled

One thing you may need to check is in AMND (Assign Maximum Number of Digits) and see what the length is. You may have to play with it.
The RST does mean restricted but in 2400 parlay that restriction may not mean Toll restriction it means a restriction of another sort, like the software is saying "This operation is illegal and you are restricted".

I think AMND is set right otherwise no Int. call can go thru, Am I right?? could you try this: try to make a conference call with one incoming party: have some one call you from outside then originate a LD call and check if the call can be completed. If this works then you need to check the ASYD command as follows: ASYD - System Data 2, Index 1, Bits 0 & 1. Call Transfer service b1 b0 0 0 = Out of service 0 1 = In service – except Tandem Connection 1 0 = In service – only Terminating calls 1 1 = In service you need to set the Bit 0&1 both to 1.

Already checked AMND, AMND is set right otherwise no Int. call can go thru at all. Already checked ASYD - System Data 2, Index 1, Bits 0 & 1, both are set to 1. I think I have made a call in and conferenced it LD, I'll try it again and make sure. Will keep you posted.
Thanks
