A small apartment building has an Elite 192 with a PRI working together with a Mircom entrance system. There is a big and fancy Mircom front access unit installed at the door right now and visitors can press a 4-digit code and reach a $20 cordless set (which is also a SLT ext# of the NEC Elite 192) and the attendent can answer the call and then press a 4-digit code to open the strike.
The customer wants to get rid of the SLT and receive the call on the digital set instead. I tried to call forward the SLT ext to the digital set, all intercom calls are called forwarded but only calls from the door phone will still go to the SLT instead of the digital set which I call forwarded to... Can you guys shed some light? Thanks in advanced!

Is the Mircom unit hooked up to a trunk or single line port?

No idea about that product, however, it's a TAS-2000 series, NSL (No Subscriber Line) Access System.

Go to program 4-12 and assign button for that S/L Extension(port number) as a SIE(second Intercom extension) for all Digital telephones and then go to 4-01 & 4-02 and make it ring.

Actually VAD60, after 4-12 it would be 4-37 and 4-38 for sie ringing.
