What is VRS code? How do I change the company greeting during night time? I was recently hired for the secretary position .Help!

Still waiting. I really need to re-record the Automated Company Greeting in my telephone set ASAP. help!

If you are using a VRS card setup for auto attendant, this may help.
Normally access code 50 is used for the VRS card but this may not be the case.
Step 1
Dial 50
Step 2
Press 1 to record a message
Press 2 to listen to the current message
Press 3 to Erase the current message
Step 3
Press 1 for the auto attendant
Step 4
Enter the message number 1-8 (try 1)
Step 5
Press 1 for day mode
Press 2 for night mode
Press 3 for weekend mode
Step 6
Record your message.
I would try to listen to the current greeting to make sure you are recording over the correct greeting

why not call the local equipment vendor for help ?
we have instructions on changing messages for all the systems we sell and install that we can email or fax when needed
