If figure I better post this before someone tries a "B" load by mistake. A "B" load erases ALL DATA and assign's LEN 000 as a CAT terminal. A "C" load deletes all programming and loads the resident system program (default program values) If you look in your Command Manual under the Resident System Program you will find all the defualt values that get assigned during the "C" load.

I have to agree with the good Dr.PBX. Reconfiguring is better than initializing.
Just go into command 180 and delete the call center phones. Then go to command 9000 and set the phones up as you would normally.
But unless you're putting DTerms in all of the guestrooms, the fact that you had a call center shouldn't make a difference anyway. Guestrooms are typically analogs, and call center phones are typically digital.
