Hi All- I've inherited a phone system without programming manuals, and I was hoping for a nudge in the right direction. I've got two questions:
1) I've hooked up our warehouse paging system to an unused CO line, however I can only access that CO line from extensions 100 & 101 - how can I get the other stations to access this CO extension ?
2) I've messed up our system dial tone--- not sure how I did it, but stumbling blindly through the programming through the phone, some how I've set our system dial tone to a high pitched off hook sound... any suggestions ??
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks,
Christa

I say this not to be mean but to shed some light, you know enough to be dangerous, maybe after you had a tech come out once or twice you may learn enough not to be. I recommend you hire a NEC certified tech to help you out of this jam.

Hey, thanks for the reply. Actually I just figured both of the problems out.
For anyone reading this thread for help the CO keys were set under LK 4/ 12, and set the line keys for each station there. The dial tone one was just me being dumb...
I've only got one more thing to do and then I'll be done, if any one has a tip on where to find this I'd be appreciative. When dialing out to the trunk group, I'd like the selection to go to CO 5 instead of CO 6 (which I'm using for paging), any one know off of the top of their head where to find that ?
Its really tedious with out the manuals though, a whole lot of guessing. Anyone know where I could get a programming manual for this system ?
Thanks in advance, Christa
