David he said all inbound calls are answered by aa so they are all ready going to 700 overflow wouldn't help his situation. I have a question, one what are the stations programmed to in 2115 'Line RNA,BRNA, All Busy RNA, or Line Busy', if it is one of the BRNA what happens if the extension is busy does it overflow to vm then? Also you said thru aa they get to the users vm does it ring at the station or go strait to vm?

BRNA will ring to voice mail if you have 700 entered as the destination.
Calls should ring idle phones if transfered by AA.
They will not ring if.
1. User sets their phone to DND on trunk calls or all calls
2. User enables auto attendant do not disturb in their mailbox.
