Calls transfers don't forward to voicemail unless I program CFBNA at the station. Is there a setting in the system programing to enable that instead of going to each set?

I've tried that.Calls from AA forward fine, If they 0 out and get transfered the call only responds to the transfer recall timer.

What are your CFWD NA and Transfer Recall timers set for?

Make sure your Trunk Revert timer in 1601-01 is shorter (15 sec's) than the transfer recall timer in 1603-01 (20 sec's).

I have my transfer recall at 9999 cfwdna at 7. All inbound calls are answered by the AA. The caller selects an ext, call is transfered, no answer, forwards to mailbox. If the caller goes to the operator and is transfered by her it will ring there for 9999 secs. Why is a VM transfer different than the orerator transfer.

For each station, what do you have 2115-01 set for? Try option 2 (Busy/Ring-No-Answer for outside calls), with the destination of 700 (voice mail).

Then verify timer in 1601-03 (Call forward, No-Answer timer) = 10 sec's.

You need to back track and check to see what was changed, because with system timers at default and 2115 set to RNA or Busy/RNA to 700 the call will forward to voice mail if transfered by the operator or any other extension.
