A couple different questions:
1. How do I identify to the system what kind of phone is located at the port? The system does not seem to recognize the difference between a 22 button phone and a 34 button phone, so when I plug a 34 in where there was a 22 button phone, there are serious issues. The buttons don't behave as expected.
2. Not sure what the issue is but I have plugged a phone in, when you dial another extension from that phone, it shows as 105. When you dial 105, it rings that phone. But the display says "Unused" (Which is how we set up our extensions that are not in use) on the phone.
What am I doing wrong here? I asked our vendor for a programming guide for the system but he sent me a multibutton phone feature guide.

If you use the SWAP feature in WebPro to move extensions this won't be an issue. I can't think how the mailboxes didn't move if you renumbered the extensions. I guess you will have to change the extension number on the individual mailboxes in 47-02.

in essence all digital phones plugged into an aspire system are 34 btns, the only thing that changes is the number of programmable function keys you see. Hopefully who ever programmed your system went in and changed all the service codes that were in 100 range to something else and also turned off the park and page feature in the v-mail integration program. If all else fails hit CHECK then CALL 1 and see what port that phone is unplug it and go into program 10-03 and find the card and port it is on and reset that port and then plug the phone back in. For example it is ext 105, it then might be port 5 which is on extension card 1 port 5
