In my 2000 IPS equipped with CPU 24 version 11 software, I needed to add a new analog line card and I got a new PN-8LCAK card. When I pluged it in the pbx it does not work...I beleive it is a version conflict problem.. I want to solve this problem without replacing my CPU. Can any one help?

Pretty sure you have to be at R14 to use that card. You'll have to upgrade or re-order an 8LCAA.

Thanx for the reply. What do I need to upgrade? and How can that be done?

You can order an upgrade CD from an NEC dealer, they will likely include the labor as well as a software upgrade can be tricky.
You don't want to end up with a brick.
