We have a NEC Aspire system with 12 extensions. Two of these extensions do not ring when incoming calls come in. Is there an easy way to add these two phones to whatever table or path so they will ring?
This is first time on this board so I apologize if I am not adhering to protocol.

Go to program 22-06 and change for those 2 extensions and what time periods you want to change. Also check to make sure the volume hasn't been turned down on those 2 extensions
