I am in desperate need of assistance as well. I am a receptionist at a law firm and we just got a head set for the NEC dterm 80, however, we need to program the headset to a certain button I believe and I am not sure how to do this. Can someone help? Thank you

For For the Future Folks, Dterm 80 is a Type of Phone. The Type of Telephone System will be Needed. :thumb:

Hey there Rickman -- can you please PM me the info for my NEC Dterm80 phone as well? I really need to program my phone to work with a headset.  I am not sure what type of phone system is being used ... Thanks.
