Easy question I'm sure for someone, not me - -
How do I change the amount of time until voicemail picks up? I'd like to change it globally if possible. This is an ipk2 and a nec elitemail vms

How are your calls ringing in? PRI,DIL, Normal? how do you have them set?

They are set to Normal incoming ring mode.
PRI is private?

20-31-08 is the timer you use if you change for Normal to DIL. Have you tried 20-31-15?

That (20-31-15 )was it. It didnt work the 1st time because there was no timer class for extensions set.
Now I will changes that setting to 1 for everyone and see what that breaks!
