Easy question I'm sure for someone, not me - -

How do I change the amount of time until voicemail picks up? I'd like to change it globally if possible. This is an ipk2 and a nec elitemail vms

How are your calls ringing in? PRI,DIL, Normal? how do you have them set?

They are set to Normal incoming ring mode.

PRI is private?

(Primary Rate Interface)PRI = T-1 With CID and DID'S.
Dans is right, 20-31 for your timer's.
You can also Use DIL programming to go to VM, more than one way to skin this cat.

20-31-08 is set to 0.

20-31-08 is the timer you use if you change for Normal to DIL. Have you tried 20-31-15?

That (20-31-15 )was it. It didnt work the 1st time because there was no timer class for extensions set.

Now I will changes that setting to 1 for everyone and see what that breaks!
