It sounds like you have the InMail. If you access the mailbox and dial 0 for the main menu; then dial 67 for setup options menu; there is a call handling option. [Dial 26] then select direct to voice mail [0]. You can turn this option on or off. Make sure it is off. I had one customer experiencing the same problem. When he checked the direct to voice mail it was turned off so he turned it on then back off and the trouble cleared. Give it a try.
