DIT the line to a virtual(CAR)key, Forward all calls for that extension to VM, Build a transaction box for that ext and set transfer to NO, record greeting for that transaction box. If you know NOTHING of what I said, HIRE A TECH!

the easiest way would be to DIT the line (MB 3-42) the line to an extension. Create a voice mail box for that extension, then add the extension to other phones as an SIE that need to pick up the line. For the more cumbersome route we will need to know... are you familiar with or do you have access to the system via cosession?

You Can Use Trunk Mapping in the Ctrl-S (setup) In the Voice Mail. Or you can Program the Line to ring in on a Car Key Call Fwd to Voice Mail, Make A Transaction Box using the same Number you used for the Car Key.

Either way, we both said it, but if you are not familiar with programming that stuff it's best to hire a tech that is.

Agreed.

This si something that will require co-sessions software and a little know-how.

That being said, it shouldn't take longer than 30-60 minutes to accomplish.
