I have a question. I have a NEC Dterm80 phone and want to program a key to have 1 touch ability to answer a line. I work in a sales enviroment and to hit retrieve+01 to answer a call puts me on the bottom of the food chain on sales calls lol. I want to be able to program lines 1, 2, and 3 to answer one touch.
Thanks!!!

It sounds Like the Phone System is Programed that way for a reason. What type of System is it? Do you have ACD installed? Does the system have Auto Attendent?

I would suggest that you Look for a NEC Dealer in your area to Make this Change for You. The tech may have to Make More Changes than just putting a Button on a Phone.
