Have you tried un-plugging the phone and plugging back in...?
I've never seen that on an IPK display.
You may have to power cycle the pbx, make sure your cpu battery is good before you do.

I would normally see DDD 1010 in the display of a NEC 2000 ivs/ips series during an outbound call . I also have not seen it on an IPK.

Typically, this would be telling you which line you're connected to, if I'm not mistaken.

Do You Get The DDD with the Phone Idel or after you access a Line?
