Hi,
I have a NEC IPK with 16 button display phones (Dterm80). Handsfree answering back works but when using the speaker other people can't hear you on any phone even though I turn on the MIC.
How can I get the microphone to work ?

Possibly MB 4-29 needs to be turned on. That will enable the mic on each phone.

If there's a lot of background behind the person calling, that can make their speaker cut out (to prevent feedback).

Try receiving a call from someone whose mic is turned off.
