On our SV8100s NAT Traversal is license number 0031 so you may need to get that clarified locally..

Thanks Guys still banging my head. Im looking at the traversal license. Is the 4.01 upgrade free?

yes the 4.01 is free, it's on the ntac website.
You need a tech ID and password to access. If you work for a dealer (not a VAR) then you should have one.

quick thought.
We have Comcast out here and when you change out a router, you sometimes have to reset the cable modem for it to accept the new router.

Installed a cisco valet router at the test IP phone, reboot the cable modem.Changed 10-12 to 0.0.0.0 and the subnet to a different mask. Reboot system. Bingo the IP Test Phone that was working on a netlink router, no longer works on the cisco valet router. Thanks cisco!! Must be the router!
