I have one customer with a ultramail installed in '05 when I installed it I couldn't get in with the windows program and tech service told me how to get into a DOS screen with hyperterminal , it was the old familiar NVM screen
now I need to make some changes and Ive misplaced my notes and wonder if anyone here has the info
I'm sure I can spend time and "hack " my way in but it might take a while
I talked to tech service and was told they cant help much on ultramail there where two knowledgeable support techs , one left and one died

I believe this is how it goes. (Don't quote me though) 1. Comm port: 38.4, 8, N, 1, (x on/x off?) 2. Reset VM with Hyperterminal launched 3. Press Enter when you see a screen that says to config Comm port 4. Press 1 to enter Line Editor
You should then be at the main menu. This all based on my feeble memory. Hope it helps
