This a new install or something that just started to happen? Also, what are you using to connect the systems together and what is at each site?

First mistake was trying to Netlink over public Internet, you will have problems with this no matter what version of software you are running. There is no QoS over the public Internet unless both sites are with the same ISP and they have offered an SLA/QoS for it. All Internet traffic is delivered best effort which is not going to be good enough to support what you are trying to do. This situation can and will happen even on managed WAN links if QoS is not configured properly. YOur only viable choice is to get a managed connection with QoS or go CCIS with best effort call quality. At least with CCIS your system wont reset constantly.

Has any one a setup sheet for timers etc?
sorry to steal the topic but i have this problem where if the secondarys become disconnected they do not reconnect by them self (even after the network is reparied) they go into stand alone and have to be manually reset to reconnect

Sounds like you may have to set PRG 51.06.02 to "Reset Anytime". I have found on some sites when in local mode a call will come in and try to go off net and find no path so tie up the circuit. If 51.06.02 is set to "Reset when idle" it never will come back online unless you do a power reset..
