Where can I change the timeout on a single Dial Action Table to make it shorter?
I have: Press 1 for this Press 2 for that Press 3 for the
Well, if they press three I want them to have the ability to ring a persons extension also. I have everything setup but the timeout delay is too long and I cannot get it lowered. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can lower this number? It takes about 10sec before it transfers. The other option I could do is record voice or music until it transfers. Ultimately I would love to have them timeout around 5 sec or so but would like to play with the timing.

UX5000 with IntraMail. Everything is working - just need to adjust that timeout setting so if you press 3 and do not hit anymore digits it rings a group.

In your dial action table how is 3 setup? If 3 is pressed and you have to wait 10 seconds before it transfer something is not setup right. It should be 3 unscreened transfer and the digits of where the call should be directed.
